Sandy Donatucci is a military spouse, mother, breast cancer survivor, caregiver for mom, community leader and volunteer, who is passionate about standing up for the families of our local community.
She currently represents the people of District 105 in the Georgia State House. As a military spouse, Sandy has a diverse background that stems from moving around often with her husband Bill when he was serving in the U.S. Army. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she and Bill moved Aviano Italy Aviano Air Force Base. While there, Sandy was employed as a Civilian Contracted with AAFES for Turkey, Greece, and Italy. She also taught English as Safop, a local French Company.
Sandy has worked as a sales professional in some capacity for 30+ years in which she has worked as an international sale representative, healthcare sales professional, and now as a highly-recognized Realtor. Locally, Sandy volunteers as Leaders for Marriage Ministry at 12 Stone Church and as a Competition Cheer Community Coach. She previously served District 4 on the Gwinnett County Planning Commission.
A resident of Gwinnett County for 23 years, Sandy currently resides in Buford. She has been married to her husband Bill for 36 years. They are the proud parents of Kyle (32) and daughter-in-law Elizabeth, Ashley (23), and Noah (20) and 2 dogs.

Sandy will continue efforts to combat persistent inflation and harmful policies coming from D.C. By keeping Georgia #1 for job growth, promoting small business growth, and expanding opportunity, Sandy will do all she can to keep the American Dream alive in our community and all of Georgia.
Promote Student Excellence.
Sandy will be a strong advocate for student excellence. She will champion efforts to expand parental choice for those trapped in failing schools and protect parents’ rights to encourage more transparency. She will make sure students and their success comes first in education.
Keep Our Families Safe.
Sandy will join continued efforts to crack down on the cartels and gangs that are pushing deadly drugs on our families, support continued reforms to make sure prosecutors and law enforcement are enforcing the law, and she will continue the fight against human trafficking. Sandy will stand with law enforcement, first responders, and firefighters to ensure they have what they need to continue protecting our families.
Combat Traffic Congestion.
Sandy knows well the negative impacts traffic congestion has on our quality of life. On the Planning Commission, she has heard the community speak out and is working to bring growth that makes sense. In the State House, she will make sure that Gwinnett is the priority for funding for projects to help relieve congestion.
